Thread title makes no sense. Check/raising in position on flop against a lead will be tough 
Flop fold seems fine with only 6 clean outs and sometimes your drawing dead already.

how do you check/raise IP?
OTF I guess you can fold because of low SPR. Deeper you shouldn^t fold Oesd to a half pot bet OTF.
