I think this is a quite interesting hand. Even after the review and notes, I'm still not sure about my playing here.
Villain is a 17/16 in 270 hands, with RFI of 21% from CO and fold to PF 3bet of 89%. I use to 3bet these super tight players a lot more and I like to include middle pocket pairs on my 3bet range, which will play sort of fit or fold when called oop.

So first, what do you think about pf strategy?
As played, I want to control the pot and checked the flop. Turn wasn't a bad card, I can't see many 8x on his range, maybe only pocket 8s, the
opens some possibilities but I was quite comfortable in betting here to take the pot and protect my hand. Then it gets interesting with the raise, especially because it was such a small size. I tanked and I tought he probably wouldn't do that with made hands (like JJ) and not with flush draw as well. AJ and KJ are quite possible, if 8x it would be bigger size and again, I don't see a lot on his range, not even close. I called to reavaluate OTR.
The river was the perfect brick and I checked to see his xbh of Jx. He shoved and I almost instantly called because he will not do it with Jx (unless JJ), 8x was very unlikely as well and I beat everything else.. Except for QQ maybe possible too right?
Thoughts on it?
I'll reveal the showdown later, now it's open for guesses ![]()
Thank you guys.
