22$ preflop FR NL BTN 99 vs BB

I feel like I get a lot into these stickys situations here,
I am assuming shoving here is way too wide ..probably just fllat the 3 bet?
I see a lot of ppls resteal at this level which is what I assumed he was doing...what do you guys think ...

well I play it the same or he is tight.

Calling a 3bet with 34bb behind isn't to great ether.
If you do that what's your plan on the flop and further if you miss the flop?
In a BTN against BB a 4bet shove with 99 isn't to crazy or villain is tight.

thanks it seems like my play was right , was a bit result oriented he wasnt particularly tight

I think calling is better, but wouldn't say shoving is a big mistake.
