Issues with the Player Labeling feature

Hello,

I have about 80k hands on 888poker and I've been noticing a very inconvenient issue with the player labeling feature.

I tend to label the fish as "green" and nits as "purple" for instance.
What happens is, occasionally when I launch 888 after a while not playing, my labels become all messed up, labeling players that I know that are regs as "green", which can often lead me to misread my opponent style and lose me a few hands. Especially when I'm multitabling and playing so many hands, I can't really know whether I'm seeing the correct labels or not and that is bothering me a lot.

Does anyone also have this issue, and does anyone know how to correct this?

Thank you

Good question. I would consider making notes with a poker tracker like Hold'em Manager or PokerTracker. Than you can label players as well.

Yeah.. I mean, I know that there's a Note feature on the tracking softwares, but the labels help me a ton when I need to make a decision quickly (I can't put color tags on players with PT4, I believe) and also while table selecting, as I can see the labels while in the lobby and therefore play on softer tables.

I've never noticed the labels getting scrambled.
I don't use 'em much, and I might not notice if they were mixed up.

Have you contacted 888 support?
If you do -- be patient.
Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond, but they do respond.
