Yes, QQ is in his range, and there may be nut flush draws which eat up some of your outs, but I think overall this is a call.

If you don't have any specific reads on your opponent, it's an EASY call. Average NL25 player won't call your 3bet OOP with 22 or 33. The only hand you're not ahead of is QQ. You're a favourite against any possible flush draws or Qx (I don't see him calling any weaker Qx than QT).
You won't see many non-rainbow boards that plays in your favour more than this one.
I would earlier 3bet shove than call with $16,74 behind on his huge check/raise on flop. I doubt he will ever fold and you want that he will paid for his draws.

I would shove without the Ac with the Ac i think we can make more calls.But the raise size is really big so maybe just shoving both is best as villain is basically committed to to the pot.
