What are the chances to lose three times in a row with 90% equity?

Yup, this is the reason that the Martingale strategy for Blackjack won't work.
Not only is it possible to lose 7 times in a row, it happens far more frequently than one might think

Kinda like the "Cash out" feature on Pokerstars bcz of it, no bad beats if you use it
