Hi all. sorry for not having the proper hand history to put in post but there is not a lot of details to go over.

Simply it's full ring slow tourney on pokerstars and most people are playing quite tight. I open with JJ UTG+1 villain immediately to my left 3-bets to 9bb all folds back to me. I shoved in this case but am wondering if it was the best choice or if calling would have been better ?
V had KK and flop was 7 High so even calling I don't think I would have been folding that flop anyway but just wondering on opinions for future. Already ITM no pay jumps to look out for and agin 30bb for me. 45 for villain. Don't think fold is an option pre

In the situation you describe, it is pretty hard to play it any other way, I think.

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum. There fits it better.
For 30bb effective it's most of the hand standard to stack off I think or you have some reads/stats on him. A tell of him could be that he's extreme fast with 3betting with monster hands.
