What cards can you see that would give you a range advantage on this board?
You have an overcard and a gutshot on a board with a possible made flush.
Villain has a 200 BB stack, and since he holds 100 BB of other people's money, he can play a wide range, and raise with flush draw.

As played though, floating the flop is OK, since you are repping the flush yourself, which would give you the opportunity to bluff the turn if villain checks.
He doesn't, so you quite wisely get out of there.

I like folding the flop since you never know how clean your outs are and even if you hit two of your outs A♣: 9♣: you basically never want to play your stack.
