against 3bet range

Calling is decent against an aggressive 3better when you are so deep as now. Not sure why you would lead the flop against the pre-flop aggressor. With a straight draw I would earlier check/call with 99 than bet/folding.

Dont just multiply VPIP and 3bet, because it will be missleading, and you would assume he plays the same from all position pairs. MP vs BU 3bet is not the most bluffiest, but 99 certainly should be in your calling range. 150BB deep I would not go for many 4bets in this spot, because it will be easy to call for him and play a big pot in position. My 4bet range would be very thight KK+, and some bluffs(whatever you prefer, ATo, A5s, A4s). I would call with decend PPs (77-QQ), Suited brodways, suited connectors (maybe with the strongest 1 gappers too), and strong Ax holdings (AKo, AQo).

On this flop x/c and x/r can be good as well. Leading is awful, because if you get raise, you need to fold with lots of equity.

x/c is standard here if he bets agressively on the flop.

x/r is decend too, if you want to balance your value hands (which you will have a lot on this flop, JJ, 88,87, T9). Furhtermore you have strong nuts blockers, plus a decend redraw againts overpairs/sets. If you decide to x/r use a big enough sizing to be able to push on the turn with FE (0.8-1.0 SPR on the turn will be ideal)
