BB 32/24, limper 28/5 (the same guy from my 99 hand today). Should have known by now that he does this preflop with nuts 
Anyway, weird confusing hand. Dont know what to do much. I was trying to pot control, the turn bet is an attempt to buy myself cheap river check and keep hands like Jx or AT in play.
Funky limp/3bet of villain here, but folding pre-flop or on the flop is tough with the odds you get. On turn I would just check behind with QQ multi way. It will be tough to get a better hand to fold. River seems fine. Funky bluff of Retofox. If I would bet I would make it around $2,50 for value and as bluff.

This hand is very funky indeed,seems like a lot of button clicking preflop and also the tiny 4b normally is AA (obv not 100% of the time though), OTF I think if the bet was any bigger you are going to have to fold and I agree you defo don't want to be leading turn like already stated you are only getting called by better.
