Declined deposit but money gone from bank account.

Good day all,

Recently I used Rapid by Skrill to deposit in PokerStars. First two attempts gave me some error and the 3rd one was successfull.

Unfortunately I was very unpleasantly surprised that all 3 payments left my bank account and only the last one made it to PokerStars.

Of course wrote to Stars and Skrill which was two days ago, but still no response from either.

Anybody had similar issues?
Any advise how to handle that?

I've never heard of this before, and it isn't surprising that you haven't heard.
It is likely that they are short staffed, and in any event tracking something like this down will likely take time.
