TT vs 3-bet OOP - What is the best way to play this type of hands?

I would also call preflop. His 3bet vs UTG looks strong. So I'd just call unless you had any other info that he has a wide range. In that case you can 4bet.
Postflop the board is good for villain as it hits his range and quite bad for you with bottom pair. Also, you don't have position so it's not worth getting involved. For me it's a fold.

I'd 4 bet pre-flop and fold to shove. Calling turns your TT into a set-mine, so it may as well be any other pocket pair. You can also fold if you don't prefer it but calling makes post-flop play really difficult. What do you do on a low number rainbow board for example now? You have no info on opponent.

As played it is a tough situation. He is doing a tiny bet of 1/3 pot, less than his pre-flop raise. I would do one call perhaps, see what he does on the turn. I would likely always do one call if this was not a fast table due to table image as I want to be paid on TP hands in a similar position by villain next time.
