Funky hand, but untill the river you get decent odds to call thanks to the min bet fish.
On river I would make a half pot value bet and if you face a raise or shove you have a hard time except if the BTN would shove.

Heh, such a typical hand for the micros...

Anyway, you should consider 3betting preflop, low suited aces may be ideal for it. In terms of the river play, I would bet 1/3 pot for value as you might get called by some pocket pairs like 66-TT. IMO none of those two min-raising fishes is slowplaying full house. If there is someone to worry about, it's the guy on the BB. If you get re-raised -> easy fold.
