Day 8, 9 and 10
Not to much volume this days and that is because I work almost 12 hours/day an I'm just too tired.
I managed to study every day for 1 hour, atleast this goal is on track this week.

One thing though... long-term your health is your biggest ally so listen to your body and don't push it constantly over your max. Good work ethic is needed for every success in life but many people think only about 1-2 years ahead of them. You're young and you have time, don't hurry it. Feed your body and your mind and remember they need a break from time to time.

Day 14
Such an ugly session today ! i wanted to finish the week with a good run but no luck 
Tomorrow after work I will make a resume for week 2 and I will post some new thoughts for next week.

Week 2 results
I had quite a big down in the last day of the week but atleast I finish the week on the green side.
Let's see my last week goals :

Play every day 1:30 h ( 2 sessions of 45 min ) = 10.5 Hours ☒
Study every day 1 h. ☒
Choose 1 coach and get the Open Ranges that he suggest. ☑
Update the blog atleast 3 times this week. ☑
Well I did 50% of my goals Because I work so much lately i do not find to much time to play, so this week I will set no goals and i will play only if I'm not to tired when I get home in the evening.

Hello guys, long time no see. 
Today is the first day in the last 2 weeks when i get home a bit earlier from work. I've slept for 2 hours and now that i'm awake firts thing is to update the blog.
Week 3 Results
First week with a negative result 
Certainly it's my fault for the results and i did some bad moves at the tables but i got a bit unlucky this week. With all my hands of AA i have a negative result 
I will try to pay more attention this week when i play and also if i feel tired i will avoid to play poker. This way i will get a better week result for sure 
I will try to update in a few days when i will hit 20.000 hands on Nl5.

I think you should apply a loss limit for a single session. I think that after 3/4BI you should stop. That's what I do and it helps.
Better days will come, keep punching!
Calm down, take a time off if you need to. It will take some time to win it back but you have nowhere to rush, do you? Free your mind, don't be results oriented. As zetozinho said, set a stop-loss limit for your sessions if you can't handle the pressure. The worst thing you can do is to "try to win it all back immediately", which usually has catastrophic consequences.
Analyze your mistakes and always stay focused on playing your A-game. You'll be back on the winning tracks, I promise.

I had a similar experience and tried to win it all back by stepping my game up, luckily, I won my losses back + £150ish
I totally agree with you, I've never usually had a good results with this in the past, I wasnt playing as angry as I used to though haha

Thank you for your advice. I was never a fan of stop-loss strategy, i remember a lot of sessions where i start really bad loosing flips and getting in strange setups in a few hundred hands and until i finish the session i end up with a nice profit.
The good thing is i don't tilt when i lose. Even the other day when i lost like 9buy-ins i didn't had no tilt issues.

Hey guys I'd like to share this with you, I'm playing on my phone this is what happened last night 🤣
OMFG WHAT AN IDIOT I AM, is the statement for this little story, I have roughly 2k bankroll, I decided to take a shot at NL400 i lost a little bit to start with then flew up to €1300-€1400, there was another player with about €1000, i was playing very loose to my standard they was giving up pots very easy, anyway I raise with K7 get called, i needed a wee, so i took my phone to the toilet popped it on the side, the hand checked all the way to the river, a K landed, so I made a bet and carried on weeing, (I expected a fold) I finished using the toilet and went to grab my phone, a split second before I grabbed my phone, the guy shoved all in, and I accidentally called while picking up my phone, I could not believe it, he turned over AQ for the nut straight.
When I read "I'm playing on my phone" I thought that you would be telling us you had a lot of money in the pot and your phone or app crashed or froze.
I had a couple of bad experiences early on when using my phone, so I only play minimum stakes on it -- and then only when I'm bored.
I have deep sympathy for you though...
