Does anybody know what these new icons @pokerstars

It looks funny, but I don't play Flash Spin & Go's. I don't have a clue.
Anyway I have moved your question to our PokerStars board. There fits it better.

It looks like a GGpoker copy --

Basicly it is a 'throwable'. You select one from the list and aim it at a player, then throw. As PoKerBu3 said, it is a feature GG has and a few other poker rooms that Stars have just intergrated into their system. Its either great fun or just a new way to annoy another player

According to the link, it came out two days ago.
I didn't see it, but I don't have the aurora client either, so some game like "Grand Tour" aren't available to me.

I thought one of the goals of "the mental game" was to take emotion out of it.
