CO is fish maniac but not a lot of reads despite stacksize and vpr / pfr 73 / 8.... So preflop call and try to hit multiway, but then my big bet on the river and raise on the river, what next? 3-way, what do you call here?

You can bet lower river I think and this is a fold. We do not even hold the best straight possible in this.

I doubt that betting smaller is good. Actually I like the big potsize bet. Makes me a lot of money actually.

However, what is your range for calling it off if he elects to jamm it? See opening post.

High flush I would call it off here.
Just seems like BB is drawing on the flop, any pair c/r that wet board multi way. BB is also not likely pushing this river as a bluff as you did a passive flop line and are likely drawing and then pot bet river.

I don't see how pot betting ever works in this spot unless you want to bluff. Other boards sure, but I'd probably even just check call the river here. What weaker hands by BB would ever call you on this river to this bet?

I just fold preflop. You are likely to end up 4 way with a marginal hand OOP without initiative. One of the worst situations in poker there is. So why complicate things for yourself. Just wait for a value hand and squeeze if you have CO who is extremely fishy.

I dont like the huge bet on the river either. CO folded and BB and UTG showed a lot of weakness throughout the hand. I dont expect them to have a lot of strong hands that are gonna pay us off. They either have a slowplayed flush or some weak showdown value. Either way I prefer thin value bet of like 1/3-1/2 pot.

I would call his shove with flush only. It makes a lot of sense for BB to have a flush here after his line and he was calling to a multiway pot from BB so he can have almost any flush which means he has many combos of flushes, you dont even block anything.

Thanks, folding is an option preflop. Though the action on the river was not preferred but ok sometimes I make not great plays pre-flop....

how good has the flush to be? King high? 1/3rd to 1/2 is too small. Don't know but with huge calling stations on this stake that can't fold 2p I like it. And I am not blocking any two pair here, like the occasionally TK, K9 etc.

Probably just fold pre as well as played id check the river and be done with the hand. What are the stats on UTG and BB ? the reason for calling was the fish who is no longer in the hand.Even if the fish was still in the hand it's probably not a good spot to try and bluff a 76/8 passive player.I also wouldn't tag co as a maniac 76/8 is a passive fish.A maniac would have a pfr much closer to the vpip 76/50 or something

I didnt mark the two other opponents. Which is that they didnt do randomly stupid things like limping. Also since I am quite new on this limit I don't have huge sample. I do however think bb can overcall a lot because it is a rare occosion. This said only the other dude has somewhat reliable stats around 24 / 20 was he playing 200 hands, so could be a little bit wider or tighter depending on card distribution.

To conclude I didnt do extensive research in looking at their hud nor did I look at showdowns. So don't have reads besides the general population reads which I trust a little more.

Your hand is really to weak to play out of position without initiative. You should play alot of hands vs the fish in position and with initiative preflop. So try to isoraise him preflop with a hand that plays well postflop. Dont try to play every hand in every position with him just because he is a fish. This will not be profitable.

And good luck at the tables. I will try to follow your blog.

Fold the river, Your huge bet on the river will get raised only by flushes. All the sets and even QJ would just call of cause they are afraid of you having the flush.

Not to mention BB is shoving when UTG is to act behind.

BB wins 81.31 BB

The only thing I could do was folding. Nobody is bluffraising! That's good news!?

Good fold that’s the only option

I like calling 86s sb as well, because sometimes you will hit a flush or straight vs monster hands like QQ KK AA who doesn’t want to fold and we get the whole stack and 3 way is the best case scenario

Easy to play post flop even out of position the bad thing is we sometimes on the lower end of flush or straight that we also can’t get away from
