According to beluga theorem villain shows much strength OTT.

Betting the turn for value is ok, isn't it?

What after the raise?

Reasons for a call could be:
- pot odds are pretty good
- It is a blind steal situation

Is it a fold after the raise?

betting the turn is fine - so is folding to the raise. I would continue with all flush draws, two pair + and JT

good for you that an action killer card popped up so you get a free showdown. If you are brave enough you can bluff the river but i doubt anyone at nl2 is folding. At higher stakes i am definitely jamming the river that deep as i got all the flushes and JT and he is capped to max sets when calling from the SB.

I think the villain could play like that a Q pair with worst kicker and becomes worried about FD and try to kill action OTT.
