The fish is 67/33/af0.3 6 hands

I 3bet bigger pre because we are a little deep and he is almost always calling anyway.

River is a really funky spot. Should we jam here as a bluff?

I don't think your 3bet is so big out of position against a 4x raise. I would consider to make it even 15bb if he will call almost always. Sizing on flop could be more like 14bb against a fish. His min raise is funky and with the straight draw as back-up it's fine, but you beat only a flush draw now. That's the same problem on turn. River is for me a check/fold on a reasonable bet. Leading in to the aggressor with only a bluff catcher makes not to much sense I think.

Flop small size is correct I guess even OOP, but I'm mostly checking AQ.
Turn can be a small size again or check/call.
River I'm leading 1/4.
