Not sure why you are checking the flop multi way on a wet board like this.
I would make around half pot Cbet with the intention to go broke.
After the small bet and call I would most likely shove with in mind the shove is less than a pot size now. If he had a flush it's to bad.
Turn seems fine. Flush is there, but thst would be a cooler I think.
