How would you play KQ in this spot?

I prefer calling preflop with KQs. With KQo I would rather go for a squeeze. You dont have to worry about being dominated if one of them calls. I would expect them to call with pocket pairs like 77-JJ and some broadways like KJs, QJs, QTs maybe. And very often you will take the pot preflop which is the best option and it is why I prefer to squeeze here.

I like your flop play. There is a flush draw of course but other than that no other draws so I think that we can both lead here or check/call. Neither will be a mistake.

Turn is tricky. He shouldnt have K7 or K9. That is too wide for such a player to call preflop vs an MP open. With this sizing he is most likely polarized. Either he has nothing or he has a set. His range is pocket pair heavy so he can have the sets easily. In these situations I tend to fold even a top pair good kicker like you have here. I just dont think that a decent player like this will bluff like this often enough on NL10.

Yeah, I'd squeeze this to 15BB to 17BB see if the 22 has the guts to call it.

If he can call it then he stacks me for sure.

I think 1.5 should do the trick. Something like that. My default plan would be to check medium strength hands, like this one. They are regish so you probably dont have 3 streets of value with top pair good kicker. I would go for a check/call once or twice depending on his sizing. Or bet myself if he checks back. This way you can get value from pocket pairs like 99-JJ, or KJs. Sometimes he will sense weakness and try to bluff you with his misses like AQ or QTs. But I wouldnt go for a 3 streets calldown for a whole stack.

And I would Cbet nutty hands like 2 pair+ or semibluff like a gutshot or OESD. Or pure bluff on good boards. I would consider a good board to be A or J high where you can put his pocket pairs under pressure by 2 barreling like 1/3-2/5 pot.

Squeeze is a valid play indeed, but not at 100% frequency. Calling is fine too.
Your line is totally ok. At NL10 you can get away with folding OTT because players don't overbet bluff often, but it's a bad fold overall.
River is interesting. I believe you should lead small and check sometimes.
