I think the 3-bet pre is fine since it is a ANNNsa.

He would have 4-bet any AA pre so u can exclude those, anyways the Equity in my more specified scenario is only changing by 1% so your assumptions are solid.

Against this range we do have a bit more than 37% Equity so at Pot Odds of 1.57:1 (38,9%) I had to fold here right?

No you cannot fold this anymore. After a C-Bet you need 31% to call... $6,84 / ($6,84 + $3,30 + $2,37 + $9,21) ...and you have more than this. A pot-sized bet is standard to get it in by the turn and realize your full Equity out of position. You always have nutted outs and together with some FE this should be always for profit. You can try out a check-raise aswell if you think villain is bet-folding some hands.

AA for me is excluded becuase he would have 4bet for sure, in the flop i think u had the odds to call u were already commited with that Cbet, but in my opinion out of position with the nut FD i would prefer a check raise more FE u could have easily made the 22s fold, also you say u didnt want to give out free cards, board wasnt connected, u had the nut FD and u had backdoor SD, the only free cards that would hurt your hand were if any card paired

With SPR 3 he is never folding if he bets, so check-raising doesn't give you FE.

It`s a common leak of weak lags in my playerpool, often including a bet-sizing tell fi when he stabs small like half pot.
