Though one. I think I would call. If he had a set he would have reraised turn or donk river some time I suppose. And maybe he would not shove but make a smaller reraise if he wanted a call from a top pair hand.
He could have some two pairs he plays this way.

Similar to one i played and the feed back i got was it's a call as it makes a great bluff catcher with top 2 pair vs missed draws and villain can have worse value hands like A8 A5 A3 K8.Also especially since they completed pre and called the iso raise they might not be one of the better players in the player pool.

against a reg, it's likely that their range here is literally only sets.
however, this guy posted, so we must give him enough spaz and worse two pair hands. the river doesn't complete any draws, so the most likely hands are either a set slowplay or something such as K8 suited.
