Hi Phgrinder,
I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your 888 username, the date when you joined and so on.
If anyone can help you, they can.

call me stupid but i cant sem to find that part on how to open a ticket. its been awhile since i came back and everything looks new to me
If you scroll down you see this:
If you click on the you will see this:
There you can make your ticket and if you are ready you click on 'Send'.
