And if villain is not soo tight?

This flop is wet and with in mind he could have a flush draw the call isn't to bad.
Off course it's weird he's only raising 4% of the Cbets he's facing and with this in mind with a decent amount of sets in his range as well a fold is most likely a little bit better, but tough to make.

You 3bet MP vs UTG so your range looks very strong. Vilain préflop range is also very strong to call your 3 bet, 99-QQ is a big part of his range.
i don"t expect vilain to go too crazy here unless you have some read i would fold.
