Hand from Ignition 5NL, 6max

Hand History driven straight to this forum with DriveHUD Poker HUD and Database Software

NL Holdem 0.05(BB)
HERO ($5.28) [VPIP: 25.6% | PFR: 16.4% | AGG: 29.2% | Flop Agg: 30.7% | Turn Agg: 31% | 3-Bet: 9% | Fold to 3-Bet: 50.8% | 4-Bet: 11.9% | Hands: 38834]
BB ($5.07) [VPIP: 22.2% | PFR: 11.1% | AGG: 0% | Hands: 19]
HJ ($9.17) [VPIP: 42.6% | PFR: 31.9% | AGG: 28.9% | Flop Agg: 23.5% | Turn Agg: 46.2% | 3-Bet: 9.1% | 4-Bet: 0% | Hands: 49]
CO ($5.04) [VPIP: 21.7% | PFR: 17.4% | AGG: 9.1% | Hands: 24]
BTN ($9.70) [VPIP: 43.8% | PFR: 20.8% | AGG: 18.9% | Hands: 49]

Dealt to Hero: A♠ A♦

HJ Raises To $0.15, CO Folds, BTN Folds, HERO Raises To $0.60, BB Folds, HJ Calls $0.45
Obviously 3betting here with AA, opener seemed somewhat loose, so I expect them to call the 3bet wider than a 'standard' player.

Hero SPR on Flop: [3.74 effective]
Flop ($1.25): 8♣ 9♠ Q♦
HERO Bets $0.94 (Rem. Stack: $3.74), HJ Calls $0.94 (Rem. Stack: $7.63)
Pretty bad flop for AA, opponent can have all the two-pairs, sets, straights etc. Still like a bet here to get Kx, 9x to call.

Turn ($3.13): 8♣ 9♠ Q♦ K♦
HERO Checks, HJ Bets $1.04 (Rem. Stack: $6.59), HERO Folds
When the King hits I struggle to know what to do here.
Betting seems thin, most of the hands that called the flop bet, likely improved or wont call another bet. If I check, I don't really think I can call unless my opponent turns some pair into a bluff, maybe J9, TT, etc (but I think this is unlikely). Even to this small bet size, I don't think I can justify a call.

Then what do I do on the river if I call, x/fold to any bet?

What would you all do here, I ended up just x/folding reluctantly.

Spoiler

HJ wins: $2.98

I hate folding here, but I think you must.
Unless villain is bluffing a monster draw, there is nothing a mere AA will beat, and there is a ton of cards you really don't want to see OTR -- including another A

Why would and A be a bard card ? :Tx::Jx: already have straight and now you beat all set.

Yes, X/F river doesn't mean you should't X/C turn. You still beat a lot of hand (TT,JJ, AJs, ATs QJs,QTs, 9Ts,9Js, flush draw ...) theses hand don't bet all the time turn but you have good odd.
