GG withrawal denied

This is a separate address that is used for cashier-related problems.

Before you email GGPoker, find out if wire transfer is available to your account, and also what the fees would be.

GGPoker used to handle wire transfer, and I can't imagine that they would have stopped.

In Australia, we have never been permitted to withdraw to debit/credit cards, deposit yes, withdraw no. This policy was standard across all poker rooms until online poker was officially banned in 2017/8.

AFAIK Mastercards are only good for deposit and no withdrawals. Visa is okay for both depo/cashout.
so this is not specific to GG poker.

Depending on your location, you should be able to use ewallets for your deposits and withdrawals, instead of bitcoint. For example

- Ecopayz
- Skrill

This way you can also keep your bankroll seperated from your regular funds if you want.

Bit Coin as the only alternative? LOL

In Canada neither deposits nor withdrawals are permitted using credit cards.
Since Skrill & Neteller allow deposits and withdrawals using credit cards, we had to certify that the funds transferred were not use "for gaming purposes".
Eventually both of them stopped accepting accounts from Canada claiming Canadian regulations -- but other wallets still work in Canada, but don't permit funding from Credit cards.

Oddly though, I can use Interac to link a bank account to a poker site and transfer directly to/from that account.

@chilliyen -- if you go to the cashier in GGPoker, what withdrawal methods are available?
I just did that, and sadly don't see wire transfer there any more.

I'm going to relent, and request a Skrill payment.

Doubt I'll be playing at GG for a while........... They certainly make it difficult for winners!

The problem is not in GG end, they have to follow regulations. I have made deposits and withdrawals with credit card without any issues.

Skrill is expensive i had to use them to withdraw my $50 referral payment from pokerstrategy and skrill took $5. I have no idea if they took another $5 to send it to my bank if so it's $10 taken for one transaction.:f_o:

sending to bank account costs 1%. receiving money to skrill costs 0%. moving money from poker site->skrill-> another poker site costs 0 (if all account is in the same currency).
a few weeks ago i got 300$ (god bless the raffle ) from pokerstrategy to my skrill and it was free ofc ($ -->$). i think you use different currencies and if so then the exchange rate is 3.99%.

otherwise i do not know how you got charged on receiving money?!?

My mistake charge was £2.74 $3.64 it's exchanging to pounds maybe that's the charge i received £35.56 from the $50 not that it's a big issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Skrill only charges a fee if you take the money to your bank account.
To or from merchants is free (or it was when I used Skrill last)

I seem to of been charged £2.75 to transfer it from pokerstrategy to skrill and another charge of £4.89 was to be taken upon sending it to my bank although they rejected the withdrawal for some reason.

I assume you'll contact their customer service?

u r right! (as i wrote above)

Skrill takes alway 4% fee in currency conversion. Even from person to person.
