After just running the second-largest tournament series of all time, GGPoker is back at it right away, bringing small stakes players the opportunity to experience some World Series atmosphere in the GGSOP.
The Good Game Series of Poker looks to recreate the WSOP experience on the low stakes, mirroring the 54 events played in the WSOP Online, albeit with much smaller buy-ins to give everyone the chance to take part.
The action starts tomorrow, September 12 with the $11.11 Covid Relief event at 18:00 CET that we've also seen at the start of the WSOP, with a dollar of each buy-in going to a charity fighting the fallout of the corona virus.
The buy-ins in the GGSOP will range between $2.50 and $50 but there's still going to be a total of $6.5 million in prizes guaranteed, making it one of the most compelling low stakes series out there, with some of the upcoming highlights including:
- GGSOP #2: $25 GGMasters [GGSOP Opener], $100K GTD on September 12, 19:00 CET – How much will it overlay?
- GGSOP #28: $15 MILLIONAIRE MAKER Jr, $150K GTD on September 19, 20:30 CET – The winner will receive at least $25K.
- GGSOP #42: $2.50 MICRO PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP, $10K GTD on September 24, 20:00 CET – Free $10K Super MILLION$ seat added!
- GGSOP #49: $50 No Limit Hold'em Main Event, $250K GTD on September 26, 20:00 CET – $50 shot at a massive $250.000 prize pool!
- GGSOP #50: BIG 5, $100K GTD on September 26, 20:30 CET – The biggest $5 tournament of the year!
Meanwhile, there's also a $100K leaderboard running throughout the series, giving 100 players the chance to net extra prizes by performing strong throughout the entire two weeks, with points determined by finishing position, prize pool as well as wins, final table appearances, and in the money runs.
