I call pre-flop.
If I 3bet it would be 4x OOP.

Yeah, I stand corrected, I just checked my pre-flop charts. It's a fold and more so against a slightly large pre-flop raise.

I agree with Vorpal and monteCarlol on the preflop fold.
As you played, I couldn't fold OTR, too.
