i agree with some discounting, but 99 and QQ are 3 combos each, for 8 potential value combos (QQ,99,22,A2s). that's a big difference.
we can discount some % because of potential different lines preflop and postflop, and then you need half of that in bluff combos.
where do you get that he starts flop with 250 combos from?
i don't think calling is horrible (or even bad), but i find it hard to see anything we beat... assuming that opponent is thinking at all.
i stand by my assessment that you'll face mostly nuts or air, and it's indeed not unreasonable at all to think that he's spewing at the required frequency.
i should have added that imo this spot is rare and a close decision at worst so, whatever you decide, don't kick yourself too hard over it.
i'd probably call in-game myself and shrug it off, but in analysis i feel that folding is slightly better against the player type that villain might be shaping to be.
