I think you can 3bet to like 2.750 and call a shove with KK, but 3bet shoving is fine to with a 19bb stack.

U can 3bet this or just call , i dont 3 bet much in this kind of spot maybe only call but see lot of these 3bets , but with only premium so i fold most of the time

Why you would call KK in this situation? As trap or something?

Yes trap. Its like omc move ,old man coffee move with that stack 3bet , its premium most of the time
