The day before yesterday I did the exact same thing as you but with AK and AA. Vs same guy and he had set of 4's both times. So I re-read the gold "How to play overpairs" article and tried to hammer it into my brain.
Didn't play anymore till next day(when I was tilt free)
Next day I won both stacks back 
Still negative on NL50 but only about half a stack. Losing those stacks helped me lose my fear too.
I find tightening up a bit vs these lag players works for me.
Yeah its no worries.... its just terrible coolers too lately. Overall I am just like 160$ down from my peak or so and this is still my most profitable month in my entire poker career

Quiet sick. If it drops 180$ more I will permanently move down to NL30.
I have played almost played 12k hands of NL50 this month and am down 26$ on that limit. Sample size means nothing of course, just variance kicking me in the face. True mistakes make for a total loss of 150-200$ I think. At the same time I am running ca. 350-400$ or so -EV during the swing and had some coolers. Can only hope that it will change for the better soon because my game is changing already. Playing more passive etc.
Just two good things: I have made over 800$ rake this month according to HEM. I have a good rb deal and hence expect ca. 300-400$ rb coming on the 12th or so next month.
Also I am running with 60% ROI on the 4$ 180 man SnGs on stars. I am hoping for a win on them soon for 200$ :). Achieved 7th place 2 days ago and yesterday I got ITM in 2/3. Sadly my opponent outdrew me on one table and also on the other table before I got reach the final table. I am multi-tabling these now with a 70$ BR on stars (yes I know BRM is very bad, but they are sooooo soft)
So I also hope I can turn the ring game stuff around soon.
I will play some NL30 to get my game back and be more aggressive again. Bit scared of NL50 fish at the moment since they seem to hit a lot vs me lately. Another problem is HEM won't work on ongame anymore since the software upgrade. It greatly disturbs my game because I cannot keep track of fish... I need the pre-flop and flop and turn stats to play effectivly vs calling stations and so on and they are missing.
Get the new HEM beta, it supports new Ongame software. And don't get to exited about the generated rake because HEM rake states for Ongame aren't correctly. Ongame uses the contributed rake method instead of dealt so the actual paid raked is much lower.

IMO:
- I think your aggressive style of play is very swingy. You must expect to be up one day and down the next with this style IMO.
- Your good opponents might see you overplaying your weak hands and use this against you. Your AF is prob sky high and they see this.
- Maybe you give your opponents too much credit as players, maybe they are calling stations, or slowplayers.
- Maybe you can't adapt to the other players because you are multitabling and playing automatically.
- Maybe you're on a downswing, where they are hitting everything and you're not.
- Maybe this post will piss you off, but at least I tried.

3 barreling with TPTK is a bit overkill imo, i check-shove turn.
You should try to think what players think and try to guess your oponnents handrange. If you do so, you will never cbet TQK flop with 55.
I do give thought into it... he is calling me down, hence I was deciding between FH and TPWK. I thought TPWK.
I would just lose value vs players like that if I don't bet bet bet. Since I know he is a fish I was sure he would raise turn if he had FH. I just never put him on a back door flush thats all.
Meh, vs fish i think you've played it fine, i'd just bet 5$ on flop so the pot on turn would be 16.25$, on turn i'd bet 11/12$ so the pot on river would be 38.25/40.25$ and i could easily shove. 
If fish has a hand he'll stay in the pot regardless of how much you bet as long as you don't overbet the pot imo.
