Cash Game NL10 - Moving up where they respect my raises

If I have about 30buy inns for nl10 I moved up and took 25dollar for my cash out pot.
I move down with 25 buy inns for nl10.

But I don't know what my criterium is for nl16 though. First I want to feel the feeling of winning again on nl10 I guess.

If I ever played NL 16 I don't remember.
I did really well early on up to NL 10, but fell flat on my face at every NL 25 shot I took.

Then Black Friday happened, and I tried 5-Card Draw after reading a chapter in a book.
Played that for a couple of years as my main game.

I bought a new laptop from the pokermoney's and start over from the bottom of the ocean. So grinding my way back up to nl10 / nl25.
