hi,

do you consider this std? I think I should always 3 bet close to never shnove pre. I would shove only the hands that play bady oop.

Bit smaller size and call versus BU is standard. Around 40k stack I would just shove.

I would most likely 3bet to like 9k and call the shove or villain is on the tight side.
Now you are committed when villain shoves.

the effective stack size with BU is 15.8 bb , i consider a smaller size , maybe sometimes a fish are induced a little bit more.
