I think you decided correctly! 👍 The suitedness of the flop significantly lowers your fold equity, continuation bet would be a rather desperate bluff here in my opinion 👍

I tend to cbet Axx or Kxx flops once I 3bet pre. I think I am getting enough folds to consider it.

Sometimes, I check/fold too though. It depends on who you are up against, imo.

Like, there are some nits in the game that won't fold PP even if you DB.

Your size is very small, 11bb preflop or a call, I mix.
As played cbet, I prefer check fold only if oppo has a folding very little or never fold...

I would CBet because the A is solidly in our 3Betting range.
If you get called or raised, you can re-evaluate.

I Cbet every hand when I 3bet.
No matter what flop.. we have all the big pockets and a lot of Ax.

Well you dont really want to cbet any flop whole range but these sort of fairly disconnected Axx flops are good for small range cbet. If you turn some straight equity its decent hand to go for triple barrel also theory wise. Now this is NL2 and getting any Ax to fold might be way too optimistic assumption?

I'd be surprised if that is a profitable strategy in the long run, since it would be a huge deviation from the balanced standard.
In the 2014 videos, W34z3l's propagates ~55% cbet stat in 3bet pots, although you could get away with 65%-70%.
Still haven't checked out his newer content on that, but I am planning to, soon.

I should look at my database to tell the profit I make with this strat.

But always wanting to learn.
So if you don't 3bet 100%, when do you Check raise, check call or check fold?

Maybe check folding Ax hands on low wet boards without a flush possibility for your holding?

Here are some of my notes on it:

The board from the hand above is somewhat drawy. I do not find a match in any of the scenarios covered in the categories above.

It's probably a spot you can cbet range and the cbet only needs to be 1/3p and i would make it 10bb pre oop vs 2.5x.I dont really mind giving up this combo on the flop though and cbetting with a heart on the flop it gives you some extra equity to continue on turns.
