No value in a raise imo i would just call your not getting Kx to call and at best you split with other Ax.

When he bets this size river I raise, I think that he doesn't call with a worst hand but you are always ahed.

This oppo play his cards not his range imho.
He has many hands without showdown value (backdoor ♥ and ♠) he need a big size river

You check raise, he folds and you go up your red line ♦

I definetely would not raise here, as I see no reason why he can't have a hand like AT. Weird for him to be 1/3 POT, but still possible.

That said, i would bet river most of the time to try to get value from Kx, which he should have as you bet small on the flop.
