-If you 4bet this it should be for value and if that's the case you should go broke.
-If you are 4betting as a bluff against an aggro opponent, you should not use TT and should use blocker AX type of hands like AJo or A5s.
a simple way to think about whether TT is good as a 4bet value hand is
1. is he shoving 99, 88 and maybe AT or random T9s type of hands? If yes, your TT has good equity vs his shoving range.
2. If he's often shoving 22-66, this makes 4betting 99 and TT even stronger
3. a simple formula is to take his average 3betting range in a positional matchup, then construct your value 4bet range.
For example if you're opening 50% in BTN and he 3bets 0.3X (15% range), I would typically be 4betting 0.4X of that (3% value which is JJ+, AK and 3% bluffs = 6%), 0.2X of 15% = 3% 4bet value range.
I think 4betting TT only makes sense in hyper aggro high stakes lineups when they are 3betting super wide and also rejamming wide (for BU vs SB)
In 98% of games it will be -EV.
I doubt your opponent is also 3betting you 15% in BTN vs UTG. You would need him to be 3betting ~18.5%+ in order for a 4b/call with TT to be good. Which does happen in Headsup (where they 3bet 20-25% usually) but not in ring game unless it's BvB perhaps.
