When women shouldn´t play poker ...

I noticed, PLO punishes you pretty quickly and badly if you dare to play sloppy. On Thurdsay I played well, and could take a winning of +9 $. On Friday I played horribly, my concentration was very bad, suffered from fatigue due to women´s problems. :sifflote: Lost 15 $, was 1,5 stacks down.

Yesterday was not better - even though I didn´t play PLO but NL Holdem. Played the "Troll Freeroll" with Harrier, which didn´t to really well for us both, we both lost a coinflip and busted. Played the 2.20 $ Saturday PKO which went okay, but nothing spectacular. Came pretty far and then got very tired. Of course I totally misplayed a hand and busted with it. Played also the Big 0,55 $ and have some tickets for this Stars Reward Freeroll (which is actually Bingo). The Big 0,55 $ didn´t to well and busted after 2 hours by loosing TPTK vs naked flush draw (we got it in on the flop). In the Stars Reward Freeroll I could KO 3 people. Realized that there´s only KO-pricepool?? There´s no ITM? What a crap! :wtf:

Shouldn´t play poker on certain days of the month  Gonna take a break today.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that if there were scheduled days when I would be tired and irritable, I'd avoid those days too.
Oh, so pretty much always then...

I switched my poker sessions to noon-to-15hr because in the evenings I lack concentration.
When I started, and 17hr on the wet coast was 20hr on the east coast, and all the American rec players were in the game, evenings would be the time to play.

Merry Christmas, everybody!

This year Homer and I spend a stay-at-home Christmas (due to Corona restrictions) and we decided to make the best of it. Today and tomorrow, I´gonna cook us special and wonderful meals, we chit-chat away a little bit and contact our loved ones per Skype and phone. This also leaves me of course more time for poker and I started with some Christmas-poker-fun yesterday. As I have time, I decided to play some MTTs on Stars.

The 2.20 $ PLO -PKO: where I could get a nice big bounty by KO one Villain and came ITM, busted with double suited kings - ran into acies.
The 2.20 $ PLO8-PKO: I´m a fish, so there was not much to expect :f_ugly:
The 1.10 $ Bounty Builder (NL Holdem): Came ITM, KOed 5 Villains and busted by loosing a flip 88 < AJ
The 0,55 $ Bounty Builder (NL Holdem) Came ITM, KOed 2 Villains and busted by loosing a flip with AQ.

A pretty nice start into my poker-Christmas with a little winning of +6 $ and as we cannot visit our loved ones, we make the best out of it. Let´s see the positive side: more time for poker.

Happy baby princess

After a nice afternoon nap baby peach decided to hit the PLO cash tables on Stars (for those who don´t know yet: I have Baby-Peach as avatar on Stars).

And once again, there was no reason to cry for the baby princess: She was happy to meet a lot of recreational players at the PLO10-tables. She played about 2 hours, just after a nice nap. During the first hour, she was a bit in a stinky mood because we were pretty card-dead. But afterwards she was so happy to see sets, straights, full houses and even quads once. And the customers payed: +25 $ for Baby Peach.

The question on everyone's mind is...

Will 2021 be the year Prim plays the "other" games?
:diamond:  5-Card Draw
:diamond:  Lowball
:diamond:  Razz
:diamond:  Stud
:diamond:  Badugi

There's a whole unexplored world out there...

...wishing you the very best for a peaceful, prosperous 2021,
