I have moved your question to our HM board. Beware you are on the English forum and we only speak English here.

Cheers,

Hi, I downloaded Holdem Manager 3 yesterday. First as a free version and later to enter my code that I still have from the HM2 and thus activate HM3 and have the full version again. I found my code under my profile, now the question is, where can I enter the code in the new HM3 to get the full version?

Your HM2 code will not work in HM3 as HM3 does not use an actual license code, just your account email/password. If you want to use the full version of HM3 after the Trial license expires you need to purchase a HM3 license.

You only have to upgrade to HM3 if you are having problems that prevent you from using your HM2 software on your specific site(s) or want access to some of the many new features and site support in HM3. HM2 users will be able to log-in and use the software but functionality such as the HUD and hand importing will be significantly impacted when poker sites release updates and/or add new game types. While we cannot predict the timing of future poker site updates, their cumulative impact on core HM2 features mentioned will be significant.

All customers that purchase an HM3 license, as well as customers that upgrade from HM2, receive one year of Annual Support & Maintenance FREE - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/264/Annual-Support-%26-Maintenance-Plans

Unfortunately all HM2 to HM3 upgrade discounts expired November 1st, 2020. I am not able to re-enable the upgrade discount. I am sorry that you missed the October 31st, 2020 deadline. We communicated it via emails, in-software alerts (both HM2 and HM3), forum posts, FAQ's and on social media.

If you want to use HM3 you will have to pay full price for your HM3 license. All of our licensing and pricing information can be found here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqCategory/Holdem-Manager-3/Upgrades-~-Licensing-~-Maintenance-Plans

p.s. We offer several Get It Free options that can be used when upgrading to HM3 - https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/free.php
