No stats.

Maybe I should fold this type of hand pre-flop because I do not have enough implied odds against a 35 bb stack?

x/r on the flop probably not a good idea vs a broken stack fish?

Jam turn ok? The question is, do I have enough fold equity to make a shove profitable?

Yup

As played though, nothing wrong w/ the x/r OTF -- but if you do, just shove

I have no idea the source of this quote, but I'll say Winston Churchill
If it is all going in by the river anyway, get it in on the flop

Normally this would go into my 3bet defend. But as he is a fish with only 33bb you might aswel just fold this hand pre. Your value in this hand comes from 3betting an winning pre, but he isn't going to let you do that as he is a fish.
By calling you have to really hit 2pair+ on the flop to make it worth it. Even if you hit a draw he doesn't have enough behind to make it worth drawing too or enough behind to fold if you raise him, better to just fold and look for another spot
These type of hands get there value 100bb +

And when it comes to your fold equity question vs a fish that plays 35bb, fold equity isn't really a thing, he has x y or z an he's calling x is A high, y is a pair, z is a draw hahaha, if you have a hand get it in vs this guy,

As played I would have played the same. Xr flop. Push turn with short stack, at a guess you are about 50/50 with him ish
