QTs steal getting 3Bet

BB is unknown. Pre-flop obvious open raise. The 3-bet range of an unknown is probably around 8% of hands or so here? QTs has around 33% equity against that range, which is what I need for pot odds. Also folding like 4 out of 5 steals to a 3Bet seems quite exploitable. On the other hand I don't really know what I want to hit, as there are some reverse implied odds when dominated.

On the flop the villain appears weak, and I try to just take down the pot. Although now I wonder what kind of hands are going to fold here, maybe QJ or A high? The raise indicates that I am way behind, so easy fold yes?

I wouldn't mind the call in position on the 3bet. Flop is a little bit dry. You can check behind to get a free card. You have some outs for a straight and backdoor equity. Otherwise I would go for a small bet to try to get it down. As played you have a easy fold.
