maybe kinda strange question, but - if I want to grind Strategy Points here by playing NL (or PLO) low/mid stakes, which Poker site would have the best ratio for gaining them?
For example, I've heard that PartyPoker have high rake in PLO and also has "real" rakeback. Therefor the grind of PokerStrategy points should be easier on this site than on others?

To answer your question properly, a person would need to keep track of their PokerStrategy.com strategy points, number of hands and so on.
They would also need to play on enough different rooms to be able to compare.
However, all the PokerStrategy.com strategy points per $ are listed in the description of each poker room here:

However, remember that it is pts / $ rake that matter -- points per hundred hands can vary widely.
