Preflop is fine. Just call flop and reeval. You don't semi bluff if you don't know that he can fold. If you decide to bluffraise I would let go on the turn because you don't like to bluff with no equity behind due to the runout. If you still pull the trigger bet bigger on the turn and try to rep the fh. Than you shold to if with a turn bet to shove river. But be aware this works only if villain can fold.

Any info on villain would be nice, but on a double paired board it will be tough to continue. Decent change you are drawing dead already. River is for me a check/fold as played. You have some showdown value and it will be tough to get a full house to fold.
