Lag opens UTG, BU call and I defend BB. Flop goes checked and I lead turn. Then comes turn raise from UTG. So he kind of says that he slowplayed KK on flop or has some form of combo draw. around 7 and 4 or maybe some JTdd type? Not sure if he could have some sort of 4456. I can have any of higher sets so feels very polarized move to raise turn.

I were very close to shoving over not believing he has it. Though then again this is really one of weakest hands I will be betting turn 3way so folded. Though maybe I should just check again as good rivers are rare anyway.

I hate these spots but imo if he pots here when you guys are still 3handed you will likely be behind. As you said many rivers suck and you could basically be drawing dead already. I rather c/c here unless I got good reads that villain is usually passive. I think these spots cost me too much money in the past and the conservative approach usually is better (at least from my experience but I'm a rather conservative player in general).
