Hi, I don't really know where to start, so many things have changed. First big one is where to play micro limits? I was playing at PStars NL2 Zoom for a week, managed to turn 10$ deposit into 41$, but it isn't exactly allowed here, so I'm scared that they might suspend my account. I don't mind playing regular tables, also I'm from EU, Latvia. Second question is can you still play poker for living, where I come from, I just need 3 - 3.5Eur/h to beat minimum wage, so should be doable, right? Are huds still allowed? Should I make a blog or challenge thread to keep myself motivated? Thanks to everyone who read all this.

where to play micro limits? Check out the affiliated poker rooms if you haven't already done so. Since you're in the EU, I thought that you could play on PokerStars.eu. Usually, if a room shows on that page, you can play there, but it might be wise to check.
can you still play poker for living? Yes, but not likely at NL 2. If you want a $4.00/hr winrate, you would need a 200 BB/hr winrate -- so 20 tables. Good luck.
Are huds still allowed? Some places yes -- 888, PokerStars, some places no -- PartyPoker for example, and some like GGPoker have their own built-in HUD. You didn't ask, but some places make it difficult to get your hand histories, others make it easy.
Should I make a blog or challenge thread to keep myself motivated? Yes, if it will keep you motivated. No if it is just another chore you feel obligated to do. I found that streaming really helped me stay away from stupid plays, and talking about the hands as I play them helps focus -- but streaming has a cost too. You need to pay attention to what is going on in the stream chat, and several other stream-related things. Attention on those is attention not focused on poker.

Thanks for the answer, really appreciate it. Ofc, eventually I wanna move up limits, so I can start thinking about making a living. And about Pokerstars, I can't access their website, literally blocked by government, but client just works and I know Latvians play there, but how safe is it, no idea.

Safe -- until you try to withdraw, at which time you will likely run into difficulty -- either from PokerStars or from Lavian authorities.
I would be cool if some other Latvian players could respond to let us know what the solution is.
