I would normal raise like 3x in a cash game first in from UTG, but based that you get action of 3 players this sizing seems not to bad. If you deal with some fishy players as well I wouldn't mind to size up the Cbet on the flop to around $20 against 3 villains for value and protection.
Turn is standard and on river I would slow down. Your 2 pair is counterfeited and the flush came as well. I would just check/fold or check/call based on the reads and bet sizing of him. You beat only a bluff. As played you have a easy fold i think.

preflop I think sizing is fine, 3x-4x is good.
I think your flop and turn bets are 2 small for multi way and a FD out on board and pretty connected, Any AcXc is calling as well as possible any board way and forget about A4 combos.
the bet is okay, but the turn bet only betting 1/3 I do not like, I would go more like 3/4 pot to pot, give them bad odds, 1/3 bet makes it an easy call for them.. IMO

HH is quite messy to read. In multiway pot I would increase cbet size on flop to around 75% and close to pot on turn. Reason being my cbet range in 4way pot would be fairly tight in first place. River is nasty as now flushes got there and also AJ beat us which is quite reasonable holding for villain. I suppose I dont mind blockbet with strong two pairs but would probably size it smaller like 33% of pot. Other option is to x-f flop to big bet and call versus some half pot or so. When villain shoves river he represents flush which we dont block at all so its just fold. Its pretty much impossible for villain to have total air. He might bluff with some sort of Ac9x or KcTx type hands depending how sticky he is on earlier streets.
Better bluff catcher would be some sort of AxQc that block flush. Anyway if you do want to block bet this hand on river then remember to mix in flushes as well to protect your range. Small bet with nuts make sense anyway as we want to get value from weaker part and strong hands like flushes are likely then raising anyway so we are unlikely to lose value from them.
bet slightly larger on turn, like 80% pot
River is super easy bet/fold. Even without considering villian's tendencies, your river value betting range starts at A4s/A5s or AT. You have AJ, sets, flushes and this is def at bottom of your value betting range.
anyway most people never dare to bluff like that but in his shoes vs your half pot bet sizing, I would take hands like AcX, QcA to reraise jam as a bluff.
