Who knows?
You have the nuts OTR, but if you bet too big, opponent will fold.
You'll never know how much he would call. 3/4 pot seems like a fine choice though.

Your line is fine I think, but I would use the automatic reload option to have a stack of at least 100bb or you use the MSS.

fine line
flop betting range - turn checking when you pick up SD value and river betting when you hit nuts. river sizing is good.

agree with SDK keep the stack full you never know when you will caught a monster, also it is easy to learn and play from 100bb then short stacked.
