oop i like going small here about 1/3p the reasons for this are value from worse hands obviously and it also allows you to control the turn if villain calls as they almost inevitably check turn to you (although i wouldn't argue against just checking the flop either) it's probably a spot you want to mix and do a bit of both depending on information but in a vacuum i like the betting small line.
Read less i would go for a Cbet. I wouldn't be surprised you could still get some action of weaker and you want to protect your hand against hands in case abother over card would come on turn and/or river.

I'd cbet 100% of my range here. with JJ you should definetly get value from worse hands like smaller pairs or even suited A-his. since the board is so dry, people should assume that you will bet all your air here as well and therefore call flop cbets very light.
