I would start with a stack of at least 100bb. Pre-flop you can call or 3bet based on the info on all villains.

Cbet flop seems standard. I would make it around half pot and shove on a blank turn for value and protection. Only your stack size is a bit awkward in this situation.

Shove the turn yourself. You are giving a free card on a draw heavy board. Next time when he has J♦: :X d: or you will curse how poker is rigged
