Before this hand villain played all in (91b) with Q6 from MP. That was his first hand on the game, as he had just sit on the table.

At the Very next hand he again goes all in from utg with 100 b. Everybody fold.

You are sb and next to you is a calling station. You have A9 . Would you call ?

Nope
:diamond:  2 hands isn't enough to evaluate.
:diamond:  BB is yet to act
:diamond:  A9o is a bit weak at this stake

AQ+,99+ I would re-shove -- but it would depend on what I knew about BB.
Maybe a little tighter, maybe a little wider

I would watch him for a few more hands.

Agree with Vorpal on this one... There is no need to risk your stack playing table sheriff.

Just because he shoved with Q6 once, doesn't mean the next hand wasn't AA... bad players get good cards too. You definitely want to tag this player though and use your position and tighter range to take advantage of his loose play... don't make the mistake of thinking he never has a hand, instead use your range to make better hands against him since those are where he will pay you off.
