If we assumed the pot was heads up between me and LJ for example, would you be folding your high-cards in his position if the flop went. SB BETS 2/3 POT.

That's the Range I give LJ. I didn't barrel flop because I was multi-way but I really felt like BTN's min raise was bologna. My main question is what do we think LJ would fold out of his range to a 2/3 pot bet if it was HU, many of the missed overcards have gutshots and potential to turn or river top pair, so idk how often hes folding any of his range was wondering if someone had a better idea in their experiences.

I would play like you this spot. Call flop thanks to odds and fold turn. I like that you didnt cbet - against two whales chances that you can bluff them there is close to 0%.

Actually he should find folding range. I dont think there is any reason to peel AK/AQ without backdoor flushdraw as you wont be super happy when you hit pair and SB is still aggressive. I think even AJ is borderline there.

in case you didn't already know...
In an alternate naming style LJ = Lojack which is one to the right of the Hijack
in 6-max we normally use MP instead of Hijack, and UTG instead of Lojack

It's really tricky to 4bet bluff out of position against at least 1 fish. I would most likely just fold right away and trying to play in position against fishy player.
